Spotted Owl Timber is a custom sawmill. While we do carry some items in stock, many items will need to be ordered. Check with us for the lead time needed to produce your order.

Common in-stock items include rough sawn lumber from 4 to 12 inches wide and up to 16 feet long, hand peeled latillas, salt cedar sticks, cedar coyote fencing, grey fence latillas and fence slabs.

We generally have a limited selection of common size beams and vigas, but large beam and viga orders will be custom cut for you. Corbels are also cut to order. Moulding and re-edge projects are custom orders as well. Please call for wholesale quantities, prices and availability.

We require a 50% deposit to place an order, and the remaining balance is due completion in Spotted Owl Yard.
